Family wanted to shore 6 birth caravan at Silver Bay Holiday Village, Anglesey. Silver Bay) is a stunning, upmarket, coastal holiday village with great sea views, private access to a glorious sandy beach, it’s own private boat park, kids area, pub, bistro & kids playground. With the sea on several sides there are also fabulous coastal walks on your doorstep.
The caravan is touring but used as static with a large awning complete with additional awning bedroom annexe and has TV, toilet, shower, cooker, fridge etc. We do have dogs but they are only occasionally allowed in the caravan and spend most of the time outside or in the awning. The park is open March-1st week January so is open for Xmas and New Year unlike many sites. The park also has strict security with no overnight camping so offers a particular pleasant, upmarket environment for residents.
Looking for a couple or family to share caravan on a 50/50 basis with alternative weeks throughout the year. The cost would be roughly £1250 each family which covers rent, insurance, winter storage, sevicing. Cost of caravan is roughly £3500 per share. For first year happy to consider semi trial and just split costs plus allowance for caravan itself – which would make the contribution needed to be around £1700.
