This room is available for WEEK ONLY renting so would suit someone working away from home needing somewhere to live during the week, Monday to Friday. Rent is £320 per month and includes Wireless Internet , landline phone with free evening calls and all utilities. The flat is ground floor with a private front garden and a communal drying green to the rear. There are 4 flats in the building. Conveniently located in the heart of Corstorphine Village with street parking nearby and a 24hr supermarket 5 min walk away. Local shops and buses are 2 min walk away and the airport is practically on the doorstep, 10 min drive at most.
