Bright and airy double room for Monday-Friday let in a modern flat to share with one other female. The room is furnished (double bed, desk, shelving unit and wardrobe). Clean, modern kitchen and bathroom with all the essentials. The lounge is spacious and leads onto a large balcony overlooking a landscaped park and great views. The flat has excellent storage space, which you can use if needed. The flat is situated on the fifth floor of a low-rise building. It is part of a friendly, well maintained new build estate with off-street parking. It is a 2 minute walk from the Thames with access to river walks, Canary Wharf, historic Greenwich, arty Deptford, various parks and green spaces and lots of great cafes, restaurants and pubs. London Bridge, West End and East London quickly reached via East London Line and Jubilee Line, as well as local buses. Surrey Quays shopping centre, cinema and gym with water sports centre are a short walk away. Fresh linen and towels provided weekly by the landlady. The flat (including your room) is cleaned weekly. Bills included in the rent. The flat has wireless internet throughout. Smoking is okay on the balcony.

If you need to move in sooner than 14 August, this can be arranged.

The flat is located in Zone 2 and has good transport links:
It is ideally located for Canary Wharf, with a 5 minutes walk to the Thames Clipper river bus, which is then one stop to Canary Wharf.
12 minutes walk to Surrey Quays overground tube station – East London Line (15 minutes to Islington via Shoreditch).
5 minutes bus ride (or 20 minutes walk) to Canada Water tube station – Jubilee Line (5 minutes to London Bridge and through to central and west London)
2 minutes walk to buses (47, 188, 199) to London Bridge, Elephant & Castle, Waterloo and Holborn.
15 minutes walk to DLR & overground trains.
20 minute walk to Goldsmiths University.
