The room is 12’ x 12’ and has a double bed, bedside table, dressing table, wardrobe and drawers. It is not en-suite so you would have use of the family bathroom although we do have our own en-suite and we only use the shower in the family bathroom. We are an easy going relaxed family with two children and two cats and have no problem sharing the rest of the house lounge, kitchen, utility room etc. The garden has a deck, lawn and a hydrotherapy hot tub which you are welcome to use. We are ex smokers so smoking would only be allowed outside or out of the back door of the utility if its really tipping down! We are situated in Berkhamsted about 10 minutes walk from the lively high street with a Waitrose, Tescos, Gym, Sports Centre, bars and restaurants etc. We are a 15 minute walk from the station which has four hourly trains for the 35min commute to Euston Station. Berkhamsted is just off the A41 is 20 minutes from Luton airport and 10 minutes from the M25 and M1. The rent would be inclusive of all bills (except telephone) including sky tv downstairs and wifi broadband, weekly cleaning of the room and weekly bedding change. Although the room is for weekday let only we would not normally need to use the room at the weekend - you wouldn’t have to move everything out basically the room would suit a professional working locally but with a home elsewhere Located in..
