I am a 28 year old female, originally from Sweden. I have lived in this flat for about 3.5 years and its a very nice place with very good and easy access to London by train and shopping only 10 min walk away. The building is located and the end of a dead end road so its very quiet and is just by the canal so its ideal for nice walks or running. Picture of room->> I apologise but this is the only one i have at the moment which was taken by the previous tenats so the furniture will not be the same. I will post a more recent one ASAP The room is a nice and quiet double bedroom, sharing with 1 other person ( me) in a 2 bed flat. the room is furnished with a double bed and 2 bed cabinets. if needed other furniture can be arranged like chest of drawers ,TV etc You will have pretty much sole use of the master bathroom as i have a ensuite. Secure parking space is available for an additional £50 a month, if you are not fussed about secure parking you can always park your car on the road outside the gated area, there are usually spaces. Wireless broadband included. 5 min walk from Apsley trainstation. Get to London Euston in 20 - 25 minutes. 2 min walk from a big Sainsburys and retail park with Argos, Currys etc. Hemel Hempstead town centre 10-15 min walk. Located in..
