I live in North East England, but I am starting to wind down my working hours. I would like to spend more time with our extended family and friends who live in Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex. I was brought up by the seaside, so I would love to spend more time enjoying it there. I would also like to work down there for part of the year. It was wonderful to find this site, where a number of us could buy and share a second home. We would only want to occupy it for 25-50% of the year.
