Large 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment with 2 terraces, one facing communal pool, the other the golf course and sea. The apartment has an underbuilt and is used as a 3rd bedroom, it has also a private garage for 2 cars.

The property is fully furnished, but is 10 years old and has been used very successfully for summer and long term rentals. Some updating may possibly be required
