This stylish hotel dates back to 1900 and is beautifully renovated, it includes all of the amenities of 4+ star hotel such as traditional spa and wellness center, great restaurant with fireplace, conference room, Wi-Fi, sports equipment rental, kids area, great service, English speaking personnel etc. This is one the most visited hotels in the region and definitely one with the most style. The apartment will come with an option to be rented out to public during unused time periods which should increase return-on-investment. Cost of staying in similar apartment at the hotel is on average between 150 to 250 Euros/night depending on season. Each share will receive 4 to 6 weeks (e.g. 2 high and 2 low season weeks) of guaranteed availability for private use with the rest of the weeks available to hotel guests, thus each investor will receive an appropriate share from the apartment rental income. Upkeep, furnishing, operation and booking will all be taken care of by the hotel staff. Operating costs in the range of 100-150 Euro/month will be subtracted from the rental income. About the resort: The hotel has great location within the High Tatras mountain resort, and while the second major gondola will be built with its bottom station mere 100 meters from the hotel entrance, the access to the other major ski lift is only 500 meters away with the ski shuttle option. Ski resort has number of lifts and t-bars with many kilometers of ski runs ranging from the easiest to the most challenging. The longest trail is almost 6 km long! Due to high altitude of topmost ski runs and newly finished snow making equipment, the resort will have 5 month-long ski season guaranteed. Furthermore the nearest ski school is just below the hotel. Among other winter activities, there is a unique public bob sled track by the hotel for more adrenaline fun and also many cross country trails for the more peaceful vacationing. In the summer you can enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, golfing or just plain relaxing in the fresh air - all in the neighborhood.
