Wants to share Fractional Ownership - Europe
This is a little different but worth a try. I have several properties in Bulgaria and am looking to offload a handful of them. I spend around 5 months a year in Bulgaria and the rest in the French Alps.

We would like somewhere en-route to stop at for maybe a week or 2 in May and then 3 or 4 weeks in late September/October. Could be South France, Italy, or maybe even Croatia or Austria. Ideally we'd like somewhere fairly close to the coast but are not too bothered.

In return we can offer a renovated and furnished villa in Bulgaria, currently for sale for a very good price of 23,000 Euros. Tenants looking to rent from around 150 to 200 E a month. Property management available. You would get full ownership of the villa. It would be yours to use as a holiday home, rent out etc.

Alternatively for a smaller share or a cheaper share we have 2 un-renovated properties for sale worth around 4000 to 5000 Euros each and another villa worth around 15,000 Euros. Or we could mix and match to make a larger, more expensive share.
