| Wants to share Fractional Ownership - Europe
The land is located 40 miles north of Malaga airport, off the motorway to Granada, turning off at SALINA. We are 3 miles from the town of Archidona and 3 miles from the village of Salina. We have a local hunter’s pub restaurant 1/4 mile from land. There is just over 3 acres or 13,550 square meters, including about 150 trees mostly mature olives managed by a local man in exchange for the olives which are first class, also several oak trees, and a few almond trees, a fig tree full of sweet figs and a couple of cherries. It’s on a hillside with views of distant hills, even the locals remark on the views. A road winds up to a large terrace at the end of which is a building with one room 20ft x 13ft. It has three windows, front and side doors, open fireplace. At one end I have built a breakfast bar kitchen, the side door leads to a yard and an attached toilet and shower room built by me, it has a flush toilet and modern hot shower fully tiled. All doors are steel, windows are pvc double glazed with steel shutters. Electric is solar power and a nearly new Honda generator 3.5 kw works off petrol or bottled gas. cooker, fridge, and water heater are gas operated. Water is in 4 x 1,500 litre fibreglass tanks with lids, these collect rain water. Other tanks can be fitted to collect 10 times this amount, more solar panels can be fitted to give a collective 210 volts, but now we work off 12 volts and use inverters to go from 12 volts to 210 volts. It’s very rustic and very peaceful and the location is good, elevation 2,500ft so we are cooler than on the coast, Granada is also at this elevation, the Moors knew a thing or two. The land has 3 terraces one of which has a new concrete and steel garage big enough to house an 18ft caravan. From the top terrace continue up the hill to even better panoramic views. Local farmers would pay £50,000 for the land with olives and you don’t often get land with a roadside entrance, only the older locations. Improve the winding road and do a bit more to the property and its worth at least £80,000 At the moment all planning approval in Malaga county is at a standstill, we may eventually get approval to build houses, which makes a different proposition.. I would like to find partners to share the property and potential. Plenty of room to park caravans but a caravan park would not get permission. |
