i am looking for 3 investors who would be interested in purchasing a 1/4 share in a small studio in Curacao for $15,000 usd. This is an opportunity to get in as the first owners of this place so there is no markup on the shares. It is at a well established resort on the island. Plus it is out of the hurricane belt. Fees for everything are around $300-400 per month. Everything will be done by the attorneys(fractionalizing the deed, manangement agreement etc).
