Wants to share Fractional Ownership - Europe
Would you like a place to call "home" in Italy in 2011? If so, let me know - soon!

Finding an affordable move-in ready apartment close to Rome but immersed in the green and beautiful Roman countryside was a goal of mine.
Then a couple years ago I came across this beautiful medieval town, on top of this green hill called mount Celeste and I knew i had found what I was looking for. Now I live here amongst other places in the world (Uk mainly) and I would like to share some of my properties with other like minded people.
You see I love this place and the apartments are very well restored, the views are breathtaking and most important the value of the units keeps on growing year after year.
So I would like to keep a minor percentage of the apartments as investment and let all the other sharers have all the fun and enjoy the apartments up to 4 month a year each. I made a good investment when I bought these 2 units because
who know why but prices in Italy especially near Rome seem to be at a premium over similar places in France and you could do the same at a forth of it's value (The price is based on two sales of mine in 2008/09).
It is a a cozy studio with loft, that can accommodate up to 4 people, superbly attired, furnished and set in the heart of the medieval village.

NOW, the question I pose you is this: I'm working on the feasibility of putting together a fractional at il Nido. I am also the seller, and I am quite motivated and want to move ahead quickly (since I would like to buy mi first home in UK). Are you interested in being a part of this??

There are two scenarios I foresee:

Offering 17 weeks shares at a price in Euro of 30000 each. As such, your usage month would rotate forward by 3 months each year. For example, if you had January in 2010, you've have April in 2011, July in 2012, October in 2013, etc. Or shared monthly on a base of first come first served but switching every year the High season month holiday (Easter,August,Xmas). Like I said earlier I will not use the unit.

The second option would be to find

This is the kind of place that rents out for 300/400 euro week and that may be something to explore as well.

There is an old fireplace, Kitchenette fully functional, Living room, Loft bedroom and bathroom.
The apartment is fully furnished (All new) and equipped with the latest heating system.

Olevano will enchant you. I know it did me! About half way between Frosinone (40min) and Rome (45 min), Olevano is a short drive from Ciampino airport. A hilltop town which we accessed via Bus or train(Station 15 km).
And from the 26th of May 2011 Olevano is very close to the second Largest Theme park of Europe "Magic rainbow land" and Valmontone, 200 Outlet stores.
