£35,000 available to invest in a Spanish property share - any offers?

We would really like to own a quarter share, and would consider most areas, but do like the Costa Blanca (Javea?) Murcia (La Torre - Polaris World?) and the Costa del Sol, especially towards the Gibralter area. The property must have two bedrooms but be able to accommodate up to 6 people, we would like to use this as a holiday home during school holidays and in time, a retreat for a few weeks during the worst of the winter months in the UK. Is there anyone out there who would be interested in offering us a share?
