I own two units and would like to sell up to four fractional pieces or share a partnership with someone who would like to share revenue on the ski slope view/jacuzzi one bdm unit. I can sell 4 11-week shares at $49,000 USD w/business partners(and or sold on the market publicly for $59,000 USD) and is rented out just like a hotel, so I get rental income when not in use. Most important: This just got put into the RCI pool, so all weeks can be exchanged at the Gold Crown Level to any other resort in the program. This property is priced much less than other places but exchanged at the same level. This is situated on property maintained by the State of Minnesota, so the lodge itself is not charging owners for groundkeeping.
