The OASIS MARIGOT PHASE III equity-share formula allows you to acquire a prestigious vacation property in St. Lucia's Marigot Bay for a fraction of the actual cost. You get a vacation home you can use or rent out for profit, one, two or four weeks a year. You get all the fun and none of the bother and expense of running a residence of your own all year long.
An investment in Phase III entitles you to a co-ownership interest in four, fully furnished, 2-storey sea houses plus all related land and equipment. The actual investment prices:
•1 share for four weeks of use every year: US $22,980.
•1/2 share for two weeks of use every year: US $11,980.
•1/4 share for one week of use every year: US $6,480.
Ownership is in the form of capital stock in the corporation Oasis Marigot III Ltd. The company's assets include the four fully furnished 2-storey sea houses, all related land, outer buildings and amenities. Each investor (for a full share) owns one-fiftieth (1/50 ownership) of corporation's total assets. Half-share (1/100 ownership) and quarter share (1/200 ownership) options are also available.
Shareholders may rent out their occupancy rights directly for a potential revenue of $1,400 US per week (for 4 guests) or have their occupancy period rented out by the corporation. They may also use their occupancy period themselves or lend it out to family or friends.
Ownership fees of $1280US per year (for a full share) are assessed for maintenance, housekeeping services, gardening, security guards, electricity, taxes, insurance and other services. For a full share, fees are payable yearly in 4 installments of $320 US each in January, April, July and October (half-participation: in 2 installments of $320 US / quarter participation: in one payment of $320 US).
Flexibility is the key to better investing and Oasis Marigot is no exception. We offer simple and attractive financing packages that give you a chance to buy a piece of paradise. The only requirement needed is to make your deposit by using a major credit card or a cashier's check ($2,000 US for one full share, $1,000 US for one half-share or quarter share option).
