Annie J is a 1989 Westerly Fulmar sailing yacht based at Pwllheli North Wales. She is owned by a syndicate of 7 people. The syndicate has been in existance since 1998, I have been a member since its start. My share is for sale as I am moving my sailing time to the Med. Annie J has a comprehensive inventory including chart plotter,radar,heating,wind generator,liferaft etc. Shared ownership gives the member 4 weeks access to her each year on a week at a time basis. Members contribute £70 each month to cover running costs. Were ever possible maintenace is carried out by members. There may be a further share also available for sale.
