We are setting up a yacht syndicate and have 5 interested members.

We intend to purchase a 3 cabin Bavaria 39 post 2005 for up to £85000.

Each member investing £15,000 leaving around £5,000 for running costs and maintenance for the first year. We hope to keep annual running cost to around £100 per share per month depending where the yacht is moored and to leave a healthy balance in the bank for maintenance repairs and improvements.

Our aim to moor the yacht in the U.K and each year to have an owners trip and sail the yacht to an agreed area for an agreed period and have an equal share of the time to sail with friends and family then returning for further casual sailing.
