Annie J is a 6 berth, 1989 Westerly Fulmar, bilge keel sailing yacht. She is owned by a syndicate of 7 people which was established in 1998. I have been a member of the syndicate since it was formed but have decided to sell my share because of a change in my circumstances. Annie J has a comprehensive inventory including chart plotter, radar, heating, wind generator, liferaft etc. Shared ownership gives the member at least 4 weeks access to her each year on a week at a time basis. Members contribute £70 each month to cover running costs. Where possible maintenance is carried out by members.
