She has been professionally maintained by a excellent management/ maintenance agent on the island, with no expense spared. We have spent over 140K on her over the last 2 years in refurbishments (new carpets, interior leather trim and exterior trim), so she looks like new.
A quarter share entitles the owner to one week's use per month, the cost of a quarter share is £75,000. Annual maintenance costs per share are £10,000, not including winter maintenance costs. We have a central bank account out of which expenses come and owners divide the costs equally: there's no 'boat share' or management company making profit on the sharing agreement.
We have a dedicated skipper for the boat if required, and laundry and shopping service.
There is accommodation for six in three air-conditioned cabins.
