Dawn Star is owned by a syndicate of ten, each member is allocated 3 periods of one week annually. Dawn Star is a 49ft cruiser style narrow boat built in 1984. The boat is well-maintained by Streethay Wharf and the syndicate has been running successfully for over 15 years
Each member gets a week in Spring Summer and the Autumn
The boat has, over the last two years undergone significant maintenance work funded by a monthly subscription of £70, it is anticipated that when the current works are completed the monthly charge will be reduced to £60
The share value is currently in the region of £2,500 valuing Dawn Star at £25,000. Purchasing the share is conditional on the syndicate members accepting the prospective member.
The boat can be viewed at Kings Bromley Wharf.
Dawn Star has 7 berths, 5 single and a put up double bed. It has a shower, 2 wash-hand basins and cassette WC, a kitchenette and 4 ring calor gas cooker with grill & oven and lounge area. A drawing of the boat layout. can be emailed in pdf format.

It is ideal as a family boat.
The 3 weeks allocated would equate to the use of a canal boat for about £280 / week at the current subscription rate of £70 / month.
