We will not tolerate:
- Abuse to members or yours2share moderators/admin/owners
- Foul or offensive language, personal abuse or discrimination of any kind
- Material or links to material that can be deemed offensive or inappropriate
- Links to illegal, unethical or immoral sites or information
- Naming and shaming individuals or businesses
- Negative advice or opinion which is not helpful or constructive
- Spam posts on the forum or spam private messages.
- Abuse of the private messaging system
- Breach of copyright
- Disrespect and rudeness
- Blatant self promotion of your business where not permitted
- Inflammatory posting
Anyone doing any of the above is likely to be permanently banned.
Be courteous and respectful at all times, particularly if other people's opinions are different to your own. If you strongly disagree with something, be direct and civil, but always constructive too.
Threads, and posts within them, are edited, locked, moved or deleted by the moderation team. We will review a decision if you feel that we have made an error – just contact us.
yours2share is a privately-owned forum and all decisions will be taken in the best interest of the forum, the owners and the members. yours2share works hard to remain legal and compliant at all times, and to ensure it serves the interests of its members.

If you believe that a post breaks forum rules and guidelines, please use the Report to Moderator link on every post. The moderation team will then receive an email alert. This means we can go straight to the offending post and deal with it swiftly.
Posts
When posting your advice, questions, thoughts or opinions, please remember not to abuse threads and posts by adding your own links back to your website except if it is directly relevant and helpful to the thread author. If it isn't, the link may be removed by the moderators.
Signatures
Signatures are limited to a maximum of five lines. To make it easy for other members to read posts, please don't change the font size in your signature.
We will edit signatures that do not meet the rules above. Please note, that for clarity, we will consider anything that you sign off your post with as your signature.
Promoting your business
Promoting your business is allowed where relevant and appropriate to respond to a thread. However, if your post's only purpose is to advertise your services, the post will be removed. Set up your signature and contribute to the forum by responding helpfully to questions if you want to advertise what you do.

yours2share forum is moderated by volunteers. Please treat them with the respect and politeness that they deserve, and remember, they are members too. If you disagree with an action that a moderator has taken, then please let us know.
