I read lots of newsletters as I look for what is good and bad to develop yours2share‘s monthly email. In the latest of one of my favourites from Sticky Stapeton, who runs Arrow Yacht Enterprises Sailing School, there was a good opportunity for anyone who wishes to complete their Yachtmaster Ocean practical 600 mile passage and for potential Yachtmasters Offshore seeking passages of 60 miles plus.
He is delivering a Beneteau 321 from Dartmouth to Hvar in Croatia, departing late March 2009, finishing mid May 2009. He has yet work out the detail, but it will be probably be in six or seven legs with stops at places with airfields nearby.
I suspect these opportunities don’t come along too often and I understand Sticky is a great tutor: having met him once, he’s also great company.
