The last yours2share newsletter had a piece about Monday to Friday rentals and this generated the highest number of click-throughs from the newsletter by a very big margin. So I thought I’d have an overhaul of the weekday lettings guidance pages.
The information is split into three sections: for landlords, for tenants and for companies with many staff commuting long distances, on secondment or working away from home on contract.
There is also a new page giving a comparison of costs for commuting versus Monday to Friday lettings and another new page outlining some of the statistics about long distance and overseas commuting. Apparently three quarters of a million people in the UK travel more than an hour and a half to work each way) every day.
