Wants to share Property - fractional rent - UKHowards End is a three bedroom farm cottage, part of the Sheldon Manor near Chippenham, Wiltshire. It is available to between one and four sharing partners for a long term fractional rental agreement. The minimum use would be about two months per year and the maximum about nine months per year. We need use of the cottage occasionally during the year for weddings and events at the manor and for our own personal use.
Sheldon Manor is Wiltshire's oldest inhabited manor house with a 13th century porch and a 15th century chapel. Gardens with ancient yews, a mulberry tree and a profusion of old fashioned roses blooming in May and June.
Howard's End is a farmer's cottage, situated off the stable area. It has high ceilings, and is light and airy with carpets throughout and full central heating. On the ground floor is a sitting room with an open fire, a large kitchen with table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.The bathroom is downstairs and next to the bathroom is a room which could be a bedroom or a study.
Upstairs are two bedrooms. One currently has a double bed, the other could have a double bed, a single bed or be used as a dressing room. Exactly how the rooms are furnished and used depends upon the sharers' wishes.
Outside there the cottage has its own rose garden and sitting area, complete with garden furniture and barbeque. The cottage also has access to the manor's chapel.
