Wants to share Property - fractional ownership - UKI am interested in investing in an existing property if at all possible, somewhere in the south of England with good transport connections.
I am a retired Briton living in Italy and need a place to come back to in the south of the UK (e.g. Oxfordshire, Berkshire or Sussex) for about six weeks a year. Two bedrooms would be sufficient for myself and my wife, but we would want some outside space, and parking for at least one vehicle.
The periods of occupation we would be seeking would be in summer and winter, outside school holidays.
