Wants to share Property - fractional rent - UKI would like to find a like-minded companion (preferably retired) who is looking for a peaceful, quiet place to live in west Wales.
I live in a Welsh cottage on a smallholding near Crymych in Pembrokeshire. I'm interested in gardening, reading, antiques TV, handicrafts, and car boot sales and I'm teetotal.
The right person (ideally a woman) must be happy living in an isolated location, have a car and be willing to drive me around occasionally, like cats (I have two), and not smoke.
In return for a modest rent, you would have a bedroon and share the kitchen, living room and bathroom.
