Looking for a family who will share a Mobile Home 6 berth sited on owners only site close to Clacton. I have not purchased yet but will do so when I have a family who would want to share it.Open 46 weeks per year with swiming pool and facilities for families. Annual costs to be shared about £3000 plus fuel.I would want to use it generally out of school holidays - so the sharer would be ideally a family who could use it regularly over 23 weeks. I would be interested in someone paying £1000 per year towards the caravan and half the annual costs. Today this would total about £2500 plus fuel per year working out at just over £100 pw.
