Wants to share Property - fractional ownership - UKWe are enlarging our property and then hope to sell and buy a home with some land. At today’s prices, we may need to find another like-minded purchaser to join forces with and split a suitable purchase into two separate homes and parcels of land.
A suitable buy would need to have two properties on it or residential planning permission for a second dwelling or conversion of existing buildings.
We hope to be able to have our extended property ready for sale late spring/early summer this year and would welcome initial contact with anyone who has similar aspirations and available capital.
We have a preference for buying in Yorkshire as we love the county and city of York, however we would consider other areas of the UK if the property and land offered a similar attractive lifestyle and potential with some proximity to a historic town or city.
