Your share will entitle you to 4 weeks exclusive use per year, based on a rotating roster which makes sure that each shareholder will have one week over Christmas in each 13 year cycle.
The unit is due for completion on 15 June 08. (A deposit of R1,000 will secure but no transfer will take place before the unit is complete.) (Note: Pictures are of a similar unit)
A management company is in place to provide daily cleaning (approx GBP10/day) and routine maintenance (monthly charge Charge not negotiated, but est to be GBP100.00pm). The levy (currently GBP50.00pm) and the monthly charges will be shared equally between the shareholders.
