I am prepared to consider any combination of ownership - my initial proposal is for 12 shares of 4 week periods at £25,000 per share.
The Las Palmeras complex is situated high above the coast, with sea views from Malaga across Marbella and down to Gibraltar – on a clear day you can see the Atlas Mountains in Morocco. To the rear is a National Park which can never be built on. Yet only 5 minutes down the hill and you are at the beach and the exclusive marina at Cabopino. Direct access to the coast motorway brings you to the centre of Marbella in a brief 10 minutes.
The Las Palmeras complex is a development of some 170 apartments (2 and 3 bedroom) all with sea views, in 16 Andalucian style buildings.
