The property comprises of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large lounge/diner, separate kitchen and utility room. It is fully equipped with adequate bedding for six persons and satellite television is provided.
Gardens to front, rear and one side (the other side is attached to a small bungalow). A large covered patio to rear, and a very large roof top Solarium from which there is a wide view of the sea. Each bedroom has its own balcony. There is a large community swimming pool close by.
Situated on a quiet suburban road approx 1.5 kms from the beach and a short walk to the golf course clubhouse and nearby shopping and entertainment centre. There are two further golf courses within a three miles.
A 1/13th part ownership entitles the owner to four weeks use per year, two weeks in the autumn/winter months and two weeks in the spring/summer months. The allocations are rolling. It is possible to swap allocations with other owners.
The only extra cost is 1/13th of the annual running costs (£350 this year) administered by the elected Treasurer. Owners are encouraged to assist in the maintenance wherever possible to keep costs to a minimum. An annual meeting is held to approve the expenditure budget, exchange views and discuss possible improvements.
I own two 1/13th shares and I'm only selling this one share because, due to ill health, I'm finding it difficult to make full use of my 8 weeks allocation per year.
The value of a 1/13th ownership of the property is directly proportional to the market value of the property as a whole. It was recently professionally estimated at £130,000 (copies of valuation available). To encourage a quick sale this 1/13th share is offered at the very much-reduced price of £6250.
