Set in 2 acres of orchard and just three minutes away from Portixeddu, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, the detached villa currently has two bedrooms (soon to be three or four) high quality luxury bathroom and kitchen, the area is totally unspoilt, no high rise buildings, an ideal place for outdoor activities from hiking/biking/climbing/boating/surfing, or just relaxing. Fabulous inexpensive restaurants nearby.
The rib is a 2005 Predator 660 with a Mercury Optimax 150 engine, full electronics - a beautiful white luxury fully kitted out Italian boat, very safe and ideal for bay hopping or trips to lively cosmopolitan Carloforte on the tiny island of San Pietro.
Just over 1 hr from Cagliari airport and 3 hrs from Alghero, the villa is set in the beautiful UNESCO protected area of Sulcis Iglesiente. Fabulous mountain views and the reassurrance that these will always remain unspoilt due to the new building restrictions on the island.
The villa is thought to be worth well in excess of £350,000 and annual running costs (Villa/Marina fees) are estimated at around £1000 per shareholder. (inclusive of new holiday home tax on Sardinia). The boat is valued at around £25000, making the share offer price of £55,000 (based on three other shareholders) excellent value. Those shareholders with no interest in the boat can deduct £4000 from the price.
Allocations of blocks of weeks or portions of the allocation is something we can address/negotiate as we proceed forward.
