Wants to share Property - fractional ownership - UKI live in London but visit north Norfolk every other weekend to see my mother who lives in retirement housing in Burnham Market. I can see this continuing for many years to come. I have been staying with friends, but this is beginning to be an imposition.
I would like to co-own or lease a small cottage, preferably in Burnham Market, but anywhere within about five miles would be fine. Obviously I need to be able to use it every other weekend and would probably also spend the occasional week here if possible.
I can raise £100,000, preferably a bit less, which won't buy anything in this area, but might be enough for half of a small cottage. Or I would consider a long term sharing arrangement for alternate weeks.
